Lisa Ferrari

Lisa Ferrari is the newest addition to Prolman Realty, Inc. She has worked in the office management field for most of her career. Although a New Hampshire native, she started out in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2006 for AerCap Group Services, Inc., then as a self employed manager for a home based marketing company up until 2013. During that time she made her way back to NH and settled into an office management position for a real estate appraisal service in Milford, NH. Here, she was encouraged to obtain her Real Estate License which opened new doors within the industry and has now found herself at home with Prolman Realty, Inc. She now assists Mark Prolman with his marketing efforts and property management as well as his commercial and residential investment and development projects. Her main objective now is to learn all aspects of commercial real estate with the goal of bringing new business and success to Prolman Realty.

Prolman Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce the lease of 251 West Hollis Street consisting of 3,000 square feet of warehouse space to Hudson K9 Training Center, LLC.  According to Lisa Ferrari and Mark Prolman who represented the Lessor, the space will be utilized for dog obedience training.
