Formerly the corporate operations of Swan Chocolate. The facility was utilized to produce the chocolate products and had a retail store with cafe. The second floor was utilized as offices and a function area.
The building is ideal for a food service operation i.e. bakery or catering. The building was completely renovated in 2008 and is in excellent condition.
