HIRSCH/PROLMAN SELL 27,550 SF OFFICE BUILDING

Hirsch & Company has announced that Cameron Real Estate has sold the 27,550 square foot first class office building located at 9 Executive Park Drive, Merrimack, NH to the regional accounting firm Melanson. According to the Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $2.4 million.

Larry Hirsch of Hirsch & Company represented Cameron Real Estate; Mark Prolman of Prolman Realty represented Melanson Heath in the transaction.

Melanson plans to renovate the building and will utilize it as its new corporate headquarters.

The 10,000 square foot Office Building located at the Nashua Airport and formerly occupied by the Melanson CPA firm, will soon be occupied by Constellation Behavioral Services who has offices in Portsmouth and Danvers, MA.  Financing was provided by Enterprise Bank.  According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the selling price was $950,000.
