Prolman Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of 74 Northeastern Blvd. Units 13 & 14 Nashua to Sirra Holdings, LLC.  According to Lisa Ferrari, who represented Tescelani Holdings, LLC (Seller), “the 4,800 square foot office condominium is situated within the Northbridge Business Center and will be occupied by Arris Realty who will upgrade and utilize the main 2,400 Sq. Ft. level. The lower 2,400 Sq. Ft. will be leased-back by Netlogic Computer Consulting, LLC for an initial term of five years.” According to The Hillsborough Country Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $350,000.

Prolman Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. has leased 7,000 square feet of professional office space at 191 Main Street Nashua, according to Mark Prolman who represented the Lessor, Parsons Ventures, and assisted Shaheen & Gordon, P.A.
