Nashua, NH May 28, 2021:  Prolman Realty, Inc sold 78 Northeastern Blvd. Unit 3 & 4 to Breakthrough Behavioral and Educational Consultants, LLC.  According to Lisa Ferrari, who represented GL Perkins Real Estate, LLC (Seller) and assisted the Buyer, “the 4,800 square foot free-standing office shall be the second location for the buyer who has an office in Amherst, NH d.b.a. KIN:PATHIC.”  According to The Hillsborough Country Registry of Deeds the sale price was $330,000.

Nashua, NH May 11, 2021:  Prolman Realty, Inc. sold 76 Northeastern Blvd. Unit 36 Nashua to Bray Office Properties, LLC (Buyer).  According to Lisa Ferrari, who represented MYRELL, LLC (Seller), “the 2,400 square foot office condominium is situated in the Northbridge Business Center and shall be occupied by Willowdale Counseling Center.”  According to The Hillsborough Country Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $167,500.

Nashua, NH May 4, 2021:  Prolman Realty, Inc. sold 74 Northeastern Blvd. Units 9 & 10 Nashua to The Youth Council.  According to Lisa Ferrari, who represented Robrich Realty, LLC (Seller) and assisted the Buyer, “the 4,800 square foot office condominium is situated in the Northbridge Business Center and is the new headquarters for The Youth Council, previously located at 110-114 West Pearl Street in downtown Nashua.”  According to The Hillsborough Country Registry of Deeds the sale price was $323,000.
