Sold! 257 D.W. Highway Merrimack, NH

Prolman Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce the purchase of 257 Daniel Webster Highway by Ricky Enterprises, LLC.  According to Lisa Ferrari, who represented the Buyer, the 12,600+/- square foot building is situated on 0.9+/- acres and was formerly occupied by Fallon’s Furniture.  The Buyer intends to use the space for an animal boarding, dog daycare, and training facility under the name, “Animal Care Center of NH.”  The Seller, SAD Development, was represented by Jay Lee of Verani Realty.  According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds the selling price was $1,050,000.00.

Prolman Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the Merrimack Commons Shopping Center located at 515 Daniel Webster Highway to GTONH, LLC according to Mark Prolman who represented the seller, Hardman’s Merrimack, LLC and assisted the Buyer.  GTONH, LLC is an entity owned by prominent developer, Dick Anagnost. The Merrimack Commons is an 86,000 square foot neighborhood retail center situated on 13 acres anchored by Tractor Supply, Dollar Tree, FitLab and Jade Dragon.  According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the selling price was $3,960,000.00.

Prolman Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of 436 Daniel Webster Highway to Buckley-Abbott, LLC. According to Mark Prolman who represented the sellers, Anderson Sweet Properties, LLC, the 4,168 square foot building was previously occupied by Swan Chocolates and functioned as a Retail Store and Central Kitchen. The new owner plans on utilizing the building as a bakery and kitchen facility for Michael Timothy’s Dining Group.
