The Merrimack Commons is an 86,000 square foot neighborhood retail center situated on 13 acres anchored by Tractor Supply, Dollar Tree, FitLab and Jade Dragon.  According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the selling price was $3,960,000.00.

According to Mark Prolman who represented the sellers, Anderson Sweet Properties, LLC, the 4,168 square foot building was previously occupied by Swan Chocolates and functioned as a Retail Store and Central Kitchen. The new owner plans on utilizing the building as a bakery and kitchen facility for Michael Timothy’s Dining Group. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the selling price was $440,000.00 for the Real Estate and $25,000.00 for business property.
