Nashua, NH May 11, 2021:  Prolman Realty, Inc. sold 76 Northeastern Blvd. Unit 36 Nashua to Bray Office Properties, LLC (Buyer).  According to Lisa Ferrari, who represented MYRELL, LLC (Seller), “the 2,400 square foot office condominium is situated in the Northbridge Business Center and shall be occupied by Willowdale Counseling Center.”  According to The Hillsborough Country Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $167,500.
